United Home Insurance Liquidation Notice

United Home Insurance Company was ordered into receivership for the purpose of its rehabilitation on September 6, 2023. Subsequently, the Pulaski County Circuit Court ordered the Company into liquidation on November 14, 2023.

Attention Policyholders:

Given the impairment of United Home, Insurance Commissioner Alan McClain ordered all policies be cancelled as of December 18th, 2023. In spite of the company’s distress, all claims and return premiums will be paid through your State’s Insurance Guaranty Association. Please find each State’s Insurance Guaranty Association contacts below. The Company can no longer advise of premium refunds or claim payments on behalf of each State.
